Legitimate interest — anonymised analytics data is collected to improve the educational experience offered by the platform. Contact form data is processed exclusively to respond to user enquiries.

3. Data collected

SwapVerbs collects only the data described in our Privacy Policy: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics, and contact information provided voluntarily through the contact form.

5. International data transfer

Anonymised analytics data is processed by Google LLC, which operates under GDPR-compliant data transfer mechanisms. No personally identifiable data is transferred internationally.

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Contact form data is retained only as long as necessary to resolve the relevant enquiry.

7. Complaints

If you believe your rights under the LGPD have not been respected, you may file a complaint with Brazil's national data protection authority, the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).
