SwapVerbs (swapverbs.com) is an independent educational platform created and managed by Alessandra Fernandes Nóbrega. For privacy-related enquiries, contact us at connect@swapverbs.com.

Automatically collected

Through Google Analytics 4, we collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on page, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected automatically.

Provided by you

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is not used for marketing purposes.

3. How we use your data

Data collected through Google Analytics is used exclusively to understand how visitors interact with the site and to improve content and navigation. Contact form data is used only to respond to the message sent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Google Analytics

SwapVerbs uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC. GA4 may set cookies on your device and collect anonymised data about your browsing behaviour on this site. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Cookies

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per Google Analytics default settings. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.

8. Changes to this policy
